The property is available for bookings from one week to 3 months. Although the interior of the holiday villa is non-smoking, our guests can smoke in the covered lanai area overlooking the pool. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation within 4 weeks of booking (non-refundable). Final balance due 6 weeks prior to travel. A refundable deposit of £100 is required with final balance.

Well equiped and tastefully furnished with added bonus of a Hot Tub and nice pool, being just around the corner from the 192 Walmart was very conveiniant. Broadband connection was great as we took our laptop and could stay in touch. We felt very safe as the sercurity guard lived at the end of the street, made his presence felt and patrolled the estate frequently in a Police car with flashing lights.
Would recommend to anyone and would like to return in the future

The property was very well located.
We always want to be in this surrounding, because all the major attractions and highways are just a step away.
pool and spa were lovely, so were the rooms.
We enjoyed the stay in this house, everything you need was avaliable, the house was clean, you can do your own laundry, and the Wall-mart is just 5 minutes away.
So next jear we are definitely are coming back to this house.
Also the owner Lynn, is very accurate and quick with replies on questions of tennants.
